  • For the filling:

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dough:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  • Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes on a floured surface. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Prepare the Filling:
  • Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Assemble the Rolls:
  • Roll out the dough into a large rectangle (about 12x18 inches).
  • Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle diced strawberries on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  • Bake the Rolls:
  • Place rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Glaze:
  • In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Glaze and Serve:
  • Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately.
