- Tortillas 2 large flour tortillas
- Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup, shredded
- Pepperoni 1/4 cup, sliced; or other toppings of choice
- Vegetables 1/4 cup, diced; optional
- Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over it.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni and optional vegetables. Top with another layer of cheese.
