Ingredients
  

  • Tortillas 2 large flour tortillas
  • Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup, shredded
  • Pepperoni 1/4 cup, sliced; or other toppings of choice
  • Vegetables 1/4 cup, diced; optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over it.
  • Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni and optional vegetables. Top with another layer of cheese.
  • Place the second tortilla on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
  • Flip the quesadilla carefully using a spatula. Cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and slice into quarters.

Notes

Feel free to customize the toppings to your preference. For a healthier twist, use whole-grain tortillas or vegan cheese.
